Energy Performance Certificates for Your Home

Home Information Packs (HIPS) are needed on most properties being SOLD including private sales. From 1st October 2008 properties TO LET will need an Energy Performance Certificate

We can arrange the Energy Performance Certificate for you or the full HIP 

All properties coming on the market for sale will require a Domestic Energy Performance Certificate as part of the Home Information Pack. The Energy certificate will provide you with information on the energy efficiency of your home and advise you on what steps you could take to improve the effeciency and the costs involved

All houses will have an A - G energy performance rating similar to those used on Fridges and Freezers.

Energy Assesors from Domestic Energy Reports can carry out a report on your home either in order to sell your home or if you are just looking at ways of making your home more energy efficient.

From 2008 Landlords will have to have a EPC report carried out when they wish to let a Property and give the tenants a copy. We have a Special service in place forLandlords with an energy saving fact sheet for their tenants and will give guidance notes  to landlords to help them answer tenants queries.
